Non-disclosure / Confidentiality Agreements
A.R BPO Service employees in India are to sign non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements. Each employee is bound by the agreement and not allowed to share information from engagements with anybody nor are they allowed to share the information with the co employees unless there is a question related to the preparation of the engagement. Preparers and reviewers are allowed to share information only through their direct supervisors. We have implemented various controls and monitors it continuously to ensure security is delivered as per the commitments. We have always been highly conscious of handling sensitive client and patient information with the utmost confidentiality.
Data/Network Security
- Every employee has it’s unique username and password to access his/her workstation
- Electronic Devices such as mobile phones, PDA etc are not being allowed on the production floor and the USB ports and other media drives are disabled.
- Multi-tiered firewall architecture is installed.
- Access to the local drives of our server are restricted based on the process the employee assigned to.
- Appropriate backup mechanism to prevent data loss.
- Weekly updation of the anti virus pattern on every system.
Confidentiality
- Every employee signs a Non- Disclosure Agreement at the time of recruitment and any breach of the same leads to termination of employment.
- Restricted access to Internet websites and the same are allowed only if it is a process requirement.
- Continuous monitoring of the web traffic and disciplinary actions are taken for any violations.
