Work Flow
As per the procedure adopted by us, we shall receive data from you in one of the following modes:
- A. Server Based (FTP) Bookkeeping Process - upload the documents to our secure FTP server.
- Remote Access Bookkeeping – We access your computer via terminal access service or via some of the remote control softwares eg., Logmein, Teamviewer,etc… of your ease.
- E Mail – We also work with the file, if emailed to us. We will work on the file and send you the completed task via e mail.
Our Process
STEP I
The Source documents are scanned & Transmitted via the Internet to us using secured FTP account. Alternatively source documents can be faxed to a dedicated e-fax number.
STEP 2
Senior Accountant reviews the information, understands your requirements and issues instructions to staff.
STEP 3
Data entry using both standalone/web-based accounting software.
STEP 4
Quality control review by qualified accountant.
STEP 5
The processed data will be forwarded to you using secured FTP Account.
